whats required to go to college for my rn's?

all i have is my ged

You have to apply to Nursing School. There are varied requirements, so check with each school. some require you take pre-nursing courses, have a certain college GPA, etc.

If you don't go to college, all you will ever have is the GED. And you will always wonder whether you could have done it or not. It's your choice.
