Do chicken mold before chops? Yes and why are you counting days? Get rid of both of them and don't take a chance. Have you ever watched the program "My Name is Earl"?

Mold is the least of your worries. Samonella poisoning would be more of a concern, and you can't see that. I would give you a count, but I don't know how you have handled this meat, or whether it is fresh or cooked. Generally speaking, you don't want to keep either in the fridge raw for more than a day or 2, and once cooked, they will keep for a few more days (an additional 3 or 4) if they are properly cooled and refrigerated.

If you have raw meat that you don't want to eat right away, but it's still okay, you can freeze it. If it has already been frozen and thawed once though, it is best to cook it before you re-freeze it.
