The major source of cholesterol in an egg is the chelaza cord, which is the thick white thing you will see hooked into the egg yok. If you can get that out of the egg white (which shoudln't be hard) there is barely any cholesterol at all in it.

very little. the yolk has the cholesterol. there is really no need to worry about the white part because there is so little. =]

No, not very much at all. The yolk has all the cholesterol and that's my favorite part LOL!!!!!

No, it doesn't. Most eg subsitutes are made from egg whites anyways.

No cholesterol is only in the yolks.
Use all the white you want.
