To be considered healthy, you should weigh no less than 117 lbs. You should eat more than 1 meal a day, your only 14, you wont gain any weight right now that is unattractive....

Sometimes we have to eat to maintain health, hungry or not. Being under weight can cause a lot of irreversible health problems. It can cause heart and liver and kidney damage.

I was pretty close to that at your age. I didn't need a lot. As I got older- my matabloism changed and I did put on a little more weight. When I look back at pictures- I see I was very thin- and the extra weight looked healthy. But it's not like I was ever thin ot dieted particularly to be that thin.
You should talk to an MD and get blood work done just to make sure everything is in line tho. (Anemic- something like that) That's always the best bet.

In a straightforward answer this is unhealthy. You have allowed your body to get used to eating once a day. You are depriving your body of its 3 good meals a day and also depriving yourself of nutrients and proteins that can make a healthier you.

yea, you are by definition sick. your body cant continue to be functional at that weight. Your bmi is 14.7 women need atleast 18 and some 20 depending on different variables.
