My 14 month old got the same thing a couple of weeks ago. He had no fever and was not itching. The more I have talked with people, the more I hear that it is a case of dry skin. His red bumps have gone away but his skin still feels very rough. He has always had sensitive and dry skin. I use Eucerin on his skin and Aquaphor on his face. I think as long as your son isn't irritated and doesn't have a fever, don't worry.

chicken pox, ecsma (skin disorder thing, dry itchy skin, can cause sores if u scratch it heaps) or hives (allergic reaction to something).
