My mom's German chocolate cake!
It is the best. I love Christmas dinner because she makes it every year!!! it is the BOMB!!!!!!!!
The best thing is picking off the big chocolate shavings on the top, and then devouring the moist, gooey, rich chocolate cake!!
LOL! It is the only chocolate cake i eat.
She always bakes an extra one for my sister and I to take home, doesn't last long though when you have five kids.
Last week I was so hormonal since I was pregnant and I called her in the middle of the night crying and at two o'clock in the morning she came to my house with a German chocolate cake!!!!!!
I love my mom!! (and her cake)

one special food at christmas time would be dressing. i love dressing and it goes well with any meat dinner.it seems to top off the meal.it is good with gravy and its colorful.
