he wasnt as touchey feel with me as his friend was wich i was going out with his friend for a while but he dunked me and pushed me in and he whould grab my arm when i was getting out and threw me back in. and he hit me in the head with a giant ball.and we all spent the night in the front room with each other. and the next morning he told me that i stole his best friend. and the next day he filled this water bottle up with water and pored it on me why did he do this stuff

Sounds like he is jealous. Perhaps he is gay & wants his attention for himself or perhaps he misses his best friend.Either way he needs to grow up and move on.
Well I guess it could be he likes you. Depends on his age. If you two are very young, then yes, he may be too shy to let you know he likes you. If you are older teens then more is going on.
