I don't usually say anything unless they don't cover their mouth. Then I say "Hey buster I don't want your germs"

If it's a real bad one, you say "ooo. You okay?" and sometimes follow that up with a "You sure?" and "Can I get you something to drink?". This is a strange question you have asked and I've never given it a thought before, but that's the best I can do. What you need is to consult a book of ettiquette. I'm sure there is an ettiquette website out there somewhere if you look around a bit. I'm sure you'll find all kinds of interesting supposed-to-do's!

You say "CURSE YOU" because they are releasing germs... and when someone yawns you say "God bless you" because they are sucking in the germs :) YAY FOR ME I WIN!!!!
