Don't do toothpaste. It will make a dry spot on your skin. Use some neosporin and a warm washcloth. At night, if you have an exfoliating mask, put a dab of that on the spot and leave it over night.

You should put a warm cloth on a pimple. This will help bring the pimple to a head. I know it is very tempting to want to mash the pimple to get the puss out, but this will only cause the pimple to become infected. Keep hands off and try just the warm cloth. It will heal much faster.

Sounds like a boil. Find some Benzoil Peroxide, dab a little on the spot and apply a cold pack or ice for about 10 minutes. Do this a few times in a day for this. Another thing, try Advil. It reduces pain and it's known to reduce swelling. I do this when I have a painful pimple coming on, and it helps. Remember to use cold pack or ice. It was suggested from research I've done and I follow it myself. You're trying to reduce the swelling.

try putting some peroxide on it. get a cotton ball and cover it in peroxide and gently push on the pimple for about 1-2 minutes. this should bring the head up.
