Research just in shows that there is no harm in popping your knuckles, back or what ever.
This was just on the news a few days ago.

I believe what it does is builds up an excess of cortisone or cortisone liquid between your knuckles that eventually harden and make your knuckles huge and ugly.

i dont know but i do it alll the time and i dont have anything only in my feet...it is like a comulsio is something that i have to do!
