Your recipe sounds good! I'll have to give it a try. My family like ramen noodles added to chicken stir fry or ground beef with gravy over the noodles.
Chicken stir fry- saute' chicken in extra virgin olive oil along with some onion and garlic, add some broccoli and cauliflower flowerettes to the mixture with salt and pepper. Serve over the chicken flavored, oriental flavored, or mushroom flavored ramen noodles.
Ground beef stir fry-saute' ground beef along with onion and garlic in evoo, add a can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of milk or you can use water (milk makes it creamier) add salt and pepper to taste and serve over mushroom or beef flavored ramen noodles.

This may sound gross, but the beef ones taste great with butter!
I add cooked chicken to the chicken ones, and lime to the shrimp ones.
There are so much more stuff I put in them.
Some times I just leave 'em alone.
I love them fried too!!
When I am pregnant, I just like them plain with water drained, and no seasoning!!!!
I ate them like that last night. I get some pretty strange cravings! I have had five kids and now seven.5 months preggo with my sixth.
Do you ever just eat them hard and raw? I do sometimes.
Once I made a "cassarole" out of them. I juts laid two or three packages in a baking pan and added a little water, the seasoning, and some chopped veggies, they were great!!!!!

I throw some frozen stir fry noodles in and make soup. If I have leftover meat, I add that as well.
This is gross, but what I really like to do is drain the water off, then add some butter and the seasoning packet to make salty greasy noodles.
I'm so ashamed. :)
It's PMS food.

I never do anything to them, I cook, drain the water out, add the seasoning packet and eat. Here is some sites with recipes for ramen noodles though.

I lived on these during my college years!! Chicken is my favorite & I like to add a small can of peas & carrots ( single serving size ) & heat with a pat of butter for about 5 more minutes. Serve with a slotted spoon so most of the juice drains off & a nice garlic roll......

My kids love them like this:
Take the noodles out of the package (throw away or save the seasoning for some other use) -- dry!!!
Look at them and notice that they are folded, so there are like two halves--use a knife and break them apart into two pieces (should resemble two pieces of bread). Pop the halves into a toaster and toast. Spread them w/ peanut butter and eat!

My favorite is Beef flavor. I just an egg & boil it with the noodles at the regular time! Add some salt & pepper & I'm good to go!
Your recipe sounds great! I may have to try that! :)

Shrimp ramen. And I drain all the broth, add the seasoning packet, and put a drizzle of hot chile oil over it. Yum.

Nothing, lol. I cook the noodles in boiling water, pour them in a bowl, and add the flavoring. I like them best when there's barely any broth with them.

My cousin Vinnie and I just had this tonight - we make it a couple times a month or so.
We put crushed garlic (jar), crushed red pepper (dried), chopped cooked chicken, and scallions. Sometimes we remember to add (canned) spinach, too.
