since march of this year i have gone from a heavy 215 to my weight now of 175. im 5'11'' and am trying to get a six pack but i seem to still have fat that needs losing. i have hit a plateu for the past few months and cant lose any more weight. i upped my cardio training and weight training. still no such luck. i am eating right now but when i was heavy i was eating mcdonalds all the time, and other shitty food. Is it possible that i have toxins in my fat cells that wont allow me to lose the fat. if it is possible, does anybody know of any body cleanser that worked for them. i would like to know what everybody thinks about the cleansers and which ones are the best.

Are you drinking 8 glasses of water a day? Cut down on soda and drink only water for for a couple of weeks and see how it effects your body. Plus, stop snacking and eating sweets. It might seem hard, but if you are exercising, you can keep your mind off of it. Try a variety of exercises, your body can adept very easily to certain exercises, and they might not be as effective as they used to be. Try biking instead.

You should keep a food dairy for a few days. You might be eating more than you think you are. You don't know how easy it is for food to "slowly" creep in without you knowing it.

Try using the site www.fitday.com.

I had the same experience as you. I lost around 20 pounds, and then I just didn't seem to lose anymore (actually gained some) I used a food dairy and I found that I was eating 2300 calories a day! But I was running around 4 miles average a day and I'm 14 years old so I guess that was good for my running and myself.

No they don't work. I've had lots of friends try different ways and the results were temporary or nonexistent. It is normal to hit a plateau. You may need to cut your caloric intake some more but there is no easier way to go. I know I went from a size sixteen to a six two years ago. Not a easy task for a sixty year old women. Trust me Keep doing what your doing and you'll get there.

this is incredibly incredibly problematic to income lean muscle and lose fat on a similar time. distinctive experts will struggle by way of a bulking season (fall, wintry climate) the place they simply carry weights and eat like loopy. Then whilst spring rolls around they do somewhat much less weights, and greater cardio to burn off the fat that they won, yet they shop the muscle.

what you have eaten before should not be affecting you now. your body has an amazing ability to rid toxins from cells or anywhere else inside of you so that should not be what is causing you problems
