There is no possible way. As a person who has curly hair, I can relate. When I go to the salon to get my hair done, generally they straighten it. The minute I go out into the night air, my whole hair gets frizzy and curly. If you are born with naturally curly hair, there really isn't a way around this. The night air is always full of moisture, even more so than in the day. We are kind of stuck whatever we do. My suggestion would be to spray some hairspray into your hand and smooth it through your straightened hair. That may be the only way to calm it a bit.

trade with me. =]. luckyyyyy i want curly hair
my hairs naturally VERY straight. blahh i hate it.
anyway....if your hair is that curly, straightening gel probably isnt going to do much. it probably works more for people with almost straight hair/wavy hair naturally. some of my friends have hair like you described. buy a really good quality, 2 inch straightener, and it will last you a long time and do wonders. i dont know how thick your hair is, but my friend has extremely thick curly hair and she complained about it until last year when she bought a nice straightener.
even if it might take a while to straighten, it will last all day if you put product in it. for her it takes about a half hour to 45 minutes.
if you want it straight for longer than a day, you'd have to go to a salon to get it temporarily straight.
but anyway. be happy with curly hair! tons of people [like me] are jealous!

The only way you can stop your hair from curly is either a perm or a press and curl(temorary straigtening). Straightening gel doesn't help on curly hair. I tried it before

Cut your hair, have it short then leave it down, keep brushing it straight and eventually when it grows out it will become straighter.

I'm afraid you'll have to get it professionally treated. or try using bandannas when you go out and take them off before you walk into wherever you're going...
