What's done is done.
Like in my answer to your next question, don't live in the past (taking the math test) or in the future (bombing the math test).
Live in the present, which for you means asking the teacher for extra credit opportunities, asking the teacher for a tudor if one is available for that course, allotting more (maybe much more) time to study for the next quiz or test, ask your parents for help if they are good parents that care about your grades and more importantly your well being.

If all I had to worry about was a math test score I'd have it made in the shade. Mortgage, car payment, wife, kids, two of which are girls, doctor bills, yard work, work work (I'm a cop so I have to worry about even making it home at the end of the shift), deer running out in front of your car (on the way home from work at 3 in the morning), etc, etc. Would you like to trade positions for a while?
The bottom line is this. You need to study much harder and then you won't have to worry about what you get on a test.

You're right, worrying is the worst feeling and it is absolutely useless. If I regret one thing in my life, it is all the hours and days of worrying over things that either did happen or they didn't, but worrying didn't change either outcome. I meditate and I run, both of which help you to let go of worries. If I have a nagging worry before I go to bed, I imagine wrapping it up in a box, tieing on a big bow or some strong string, and saying, "Here God (or the Universe or whatever you believe in), you're going to have to take care of this tonight, 'cause I have to get some sleep. I'll check with you in the morning." This actually helps me to let go at least for the night. Also, although it's difficult for you to see now, many, many of us who are successful, happy adults did badly on tests in school and we are fine now. You'll be fine too.

Well, I'm the same way. Try not to think about it, whatever grade you got, it's done and you can't change it.
I usually talk to the teacher in advance of getting the test back, sometimes they can help you out if you tell them how you feel or why you think you didn't do well, like a re-take or something.
Good luck!

The world won't end if you get a low grade. Why is it so important anyway.?. Once you finish all of your schooling and get a job, (hopefully not as an accountat) how important will it be then.?.
Your health is the most important thing in your life. Learn to feel good about things that you do well. Don't dwell on things like.....
What was the question about again.???.
See I've put it out of my mind already.

You can't change what the outcome will be, of course, but ask your doctor if s/he can give you a prescription for a very innocent medication called "trazodone." Take one tablet at the prescribed dosage just before going to bed, and you'll wake from 7 to 8 hours later, with absolutely no "hangover." Not habit-forming, either.

God loves you and you are precious to Him.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!

do the inhale and exhale exercises first, just to relax. drink a lot of water, do some mild exercises, eat proper food, avoid oily foods. eat also some fruits. after all those rituals, reado some of your notes, dont force yourself to memorize, just read in simple manner. you will feel something inside you a lighter feeling. relax your mind, and you will get a good sleep. good luck
