Yes, it is true, the fresher the egg the harder it is to peel. To make the eggs a bit easier to peel put a bit of vinegar in when you cook the eggs.

yes that is very true you should get them as old as u can without them being spoiled if you want easy peeling. Home grown eggs are the best (eggs straight from the farm)

No it easier to peel when boiled,Use off and on cool water yo peel a boiled egg.It takes only few seconds to peel
