If you pull it out???? Are you toasting it??? If it is cool still (from being frozen) yes it needs to be cooked longer. If you are making them fresh from a mix and they are to moist or raw in the center then you are either browning them to fast and they are not cooking all the way or you need to just cook them longer at a lower temperature.
