Because they don't understand anything about the truth of it, they are afraid to talk about it, especially thinking someone would just think their crazy. They aren't spiritually.

Same reason I dispel the belief of Santa Clause, Easter Bunny, Underwear Gnomes, Unicorns, and Lepricahns.....they don't exist.

Because there's no proof of their existence, there's no theory of any mechanism that would allow any such being to exist, and there are other more simple, elegant explanations to ghost sightings that don't involve invoking some supernatural realm.
Oh, and why do ghosts always seem to be wearing clothes? Does that mean clothes have a soul?

Not enough people have had encounters with ghosts, so it is human nature to dispel them for this reason.

I dont believe in ghosts but i do believe in another creation called jinns. Jinn in Arabic means hidden from sight. We cannot see them in their original form but if they take on another form, we can. They were created from smokeless fire. They live amonst us. They have different beliefs. They can posses people. Some of the are good and some of them are bad. i love reading up on them and their abilities.
