better consult immediately a doctor, dont just set aside the pain your enduring. it may cause annorism, or blood blocking the arteries. i knew some athletic person, they have healthy body, and the same as you suffering from simple headache then at the back of the head, first they take medication as pain reliever. the pain worsened, good they undergo general check up, and found out the blood block the arteries, they undergo MRI . the doctor advice them to slow down on their usual habits, they follow the doctors advice,.please seek the advice of your doctor, better to detect early the causes of your headache.

You should seek medical attention as soon as possible. You may have had a small but nonetheless still serious brain hemorrhage. The symptoms can vary in degree from a mild headache to worst headache you've ever had. Smaller hemorrhages are usually treatable. Untreated hemorrhages sometimes hemorrhage again in the days or weeks after the first bleed, often leading to severe disability or death. It's unusual for anyone to survive a third hemorrhage, that's how serious it is!

Get it checked soon - probably nothing but you need the peace of mind a doctor's appointment will give you.

You may have an aneurism. You need to have this investigated by ultrasound asap. I know that cerebral aneurisms are harder to detect than aortic ones so be persistant.
