If you are sure he likes you, he will ask you out whenever he feels comfortable enough.But in order for you to speed things up, try hanging out with him one on one without any of your friends, or any of his friends hanging around you guys. You can try going to the movies with him, that might help him relax and feel more comfortable. Anything can happen in an environment like that.

Instead of worrying about a boyfriend right now, how about just enjoy being 14? By the way, your looks have nothing to do with anything.

Just ask him out. If both of you are shy and neither of you ask each other out, then you'll never get anywhere. Be brave! =)
