I am going out tonight with a buddie of mine from work. He helps do club promotions and in his crew there a a LOT of fine girls. I have been having a "rocky" relationship with my GF (not really sure if we are together or not). He has told me that to get my mind off of that he will let his female friends know to try and cheer me up. With the confusion I have with my GF I should be looking forward to my night of Dirty Dancing with some s*l*u*t*y* girls, but I find myself having second thoughts about going. I know that I am not going to do anything that would constitute cheating.
Should I just go and have a good time?
If I go should I tell my GF about it?

Yup....go, even if for a short time. Yup...tell your GF. If you two are rocky...this will help both of you get some clarity....is it worth the energy to work through things or better use of both of your energy (and spirit) to keep growing as a couple?
A note re the SGs...do yourself and them a favor...keep your distance. SGs do this to get attention....but, the attention they need is just a friend or stranger to validate them because they aren't being validated otherwise.
Sorry 'nough said...yes, I'm probably 'significantly' older...and w/ a daughter (consider that....you too may have a daughter someday...think about your future daughter....).

Well If you are having problems I would talk to your girl. But on the other hand a night out with the boys wouldnt hurt. It might even make you relize how great your gf is. I would tell her you are going out with the boys. You should be fine unless you take one home and sleep with them. Im sure you can contain your self from going to far. there is no reason you cant have fun you arnt married! If your gf doesnt like that then maybe she isnt the one. Becasue you both should be living your life why you arnt married, Not saying sleep with any one just go have fun! Contain your self from going to far and have a blast! Don't go. Try to work things out with your girlfriend. Try talking to her and see what the problem is between you two. If you go to this party, you will make the situation between the two of you even worse. If you think that this relationship will not work out between the two of you, then just break up. There's no point of two people being together if they're unhappy. I know your friends are just trying to cheer you up, but this is not the right way to go. Try doing something else to ease your mind like going for a walk or play a sport that you enjoy with a friend or have a nice talk with your friend over a cup of coffee or something. I think you should tell your girlfriend that you went out with a buddy, but tone down the story though brother. Don't keep things from her. Just tone the truth down. Just say yea there were some girls there. Don't go into specifics like I did some dirty dancing with some sluts. Just be like I had fun. So go have fun. Sometimes you need to be away for a bit.

Yes, tell you GF about it. Don't tell her you had sex or were dirty dancing or anything. Just tell her you went to the club promotion and you had a great time.
There is no such thing as cheating until you are married.

I would go and have fun but if u intend to still be with ur GF afterwards u should be careful how much "fun" u have with other girls. It might be helpful to u to figure out if u and her are going to have a relationship or not, if not, then u have nothing to worry about.

If your in a rocky relationship, you need to find out where you stand, if your together or not. I think your may be having second thougthts because you don't want to do anything to make matters worse with your GF.I think maybe you should tell her you have a chance to go out with your buddie, and take it from there, get her reaction, but don't make matters worse if you want to try to make them better.Good Luck

Go and have fun... it sounds like you need a night out with the guys. So if there happen to be women around it doesn't mean you have to do anything. If you are worried about what your GF thinks, just tell her you need a night out with the guys ( i wouldn't tell her the details about where your going) If she trusts you, then there shouldn't be a problem , if she doesn't trust you , you may want to revisit why your going out with her.

Dont tell your gf but try to have a good time. If you miss your gf you can always leave and go see her or you can see her the next day.
