If your date was nice, respectful and all that other good stuff, I think it would be ok to just give him a little peck. Not nothing out of the ordinary first date kiss though.

Even if the date was nice and throughtful i don't think you should let him kiss you on the first date. You would want to make him wait. If you make him wait then he would want you even more.

if you like him yea, but if you only think he is nice, don't lead him on. A kiss on the cheek would suffice.
