Love Chinese food!!! it is high in sodium, I would suggest the steamed vegetables, you can always add a tiny bit of sauce with out going overboard. Hope this helps.

No not really. As the previous answer illustrated, there may be a lot of sodium in the food. Furthermore, a lot of Chinese food is cooked by stir frying with oil. Oil is definitely fattening; not to mention frying. Fried anything is going to be fattening.

The best things to eat while you're on a diet are whole foods like fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grain breads and lean meats like chicken breast and beef with less than 10 percent fat. All of which should add up to no more than 2000 to 2500 calories per day. If you're going to eat less than 2000 calories per day then I'd consult a doctor before you try and do that.

It's not really the best, as 99% of it is fried, which is completely unhealthy for you. If anything at all, I would suggest choosing the vegetables. It is, of course, okay to eat Chinese food every once in a while, but I wouldn't eat it more than once a month...probably not even that much.

Try adding more organic fruits and vegetables to your diet, in addition to daily exercising. This can consist of even just an hour walk each day...you don't have to be a marathon sprinter to get a good work-out. : )

To much of anything isn't good for a diet but Chinese food generally is loaded with sodium. That can cause swelling and a misleading weight gain.
