Yes I did know that ACC.

But I like everyone else hanging around cause if they didn't hang around, how would we do Matt 28:26-29

I think others who are answering and reading questions directed at Christian's are searching for truth.

everyone did not think Jesus was crazy. He performed miracles, taught multitudes, and had a bigger buzz than Terell Owens has with football fans. Also, Cruxifision was normal, but not to an inocent man. Jesus sacraficed his life for the worlds' sins, but only believers can ccept the benefits of his sacrafice. Since we are to love everyone, christians only spread the gospel because we care about the world's fate. But, because we bear the same message as the messanger, the world often views us the same

Sure!

We should all know thatI

Anyone who would steal and risk being crucified by the Romans has got to be crazy.

Pontius Pilate named the two thieves with the inscription of "JESUS" on their crosses and had them crucified on the Feast of the Passover when they were expecting roast lamb for dinner that night after being disappointed at having Barabbas chosen as the pardoned criminal for the Festival.

Everyone did not only think Jesus was crazy but they knew Pontius Pilate had fooled them when he refused to have them, Jesus on the left and Jesus on the right, taken down for burial after breaking their legs, for the Sabbath had already begun, and the land was defiled, and the curse of the blood of Jesus remains on their children today in Jerusalem.

Of course the victim of crucifixion is guaranteed to be driven to insanity before he dies and this explains the "Eli, Eli Lama Sabacthani" cries and the talk about being in Paradise this day.

One has to be crazy to miss the truth of the Gospels that the crucifixion of two thieves named Jesus is the Greatest Hoax in 2000 years.

Like who? Do you realize that all the stuff written about Jesus was written decades after he died, if he existed at all? Sorry, but you have no basis to determine whether Jesus, if he existed, was sane or insane. In any case, that has no bearing on your own sanity.

Also, don't assume that just because we realize that your religion is just organized superstition, we hate you. We tend to not like Christianity. However, studies have shown atheists to be both the least tolerated and the most tolerant of the religious sectors.

They are laughing at us and we are laughing at them. But the question is who are the ones in truth. All saints are mad(Crazy) for God and that is real sanity to be mad for God. The rest of the world are mad thinking they are God, and at the time of death they can't understand why they can't control that. God comes in the form of Death Personified to those who do not believe in Him. We shouldn't think all other religions are going to hell though that's not a very intelligent idea. "chritian soldiers"?

so am i to assume that you "christian soldiers" are a type of insurgency in america?

- was jesus crazy? (assuming he existed) no.
- did he exist? most likely not,
- were his teachings radical? (for the time) yes (and assuming he existed)

and it was his teachings that got him killed, not some sweeping romantic idea you most likely have in your head. back then the people who rebeled against the state (and im sure they quelled any rebellion, no matter how small) were severely punished.

youve got to remember a few things

1. crucifiction was a popular method of punishment
2. many MANY people were crucified (therefore making your whole crucifiction thing not a special event)
3. there were many people teaching monotheism at the time. most were, like your jesus, killed or crucified for it.

I suspect that you were recently converted or born again after hitting rock bottom, because the average Christian does not preach this strongly nowadays.

No, your crazy behaviour prompted Gandhi to say this:

"I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ"

Jesus is not the problem...
