Sorry, you told him how YOU feel, and he tells you how HE THINKS. You asked for it! Be polite to him.

Wow sounds like you got a problem on your hands. I think it is time to move on. I say this knowing it is going to be hard becasue you really like him. He seems like he is trying to push you away from likeing him and wanting to be freinds with you. The kind of freind yuo can go to if you have a problem. Weird situation/... is he a shrink or is he studing to be one? Becasue this might be why he is doing it. I know when I started my Psy classes I thought I could cure every one so I would talk about fixing them. But.... It was a big mistake. So I would eather talk to him about the way you feel and see if he understands it isnt always about your problems it is becasue you like him... Or I would move on! Move on to a guy who is gonna be there and care for you 100% You deserve it! Good luck

You said it yourself, you already know this answer. Avoid him and just move on. You did what was right, he's just a creep.
It happens, that we all can't like each other, and one person will like another more. Sadly that's life, and nothing you can do about it, to make that person like you more.
No need to worry, as there are plenty of men, who will like you for what and who you are.
Move on and find those guys.

Let go and move on. Go have fun. Hang out with friends and do things you like to do. Everything will fall into place. When you find the right guy, it will be effortless to gain his appreciation and affection.

Tell him to stop treating you like a child and he needs to either be normal around you or get out of your life so that you can move on.
The best way to move on is to keep yourself busy.

He's afraid that he hurt you feelings by telling you the truth and now he's trying to make you feel better. Just forget about him and let him know that you don't need his words. Move on.....

He just feels guilty because you were so honest...
Honesty comes as a complete and total shock to the system of your average everyday game player...
He'll get over it and if he doesn't. Get more honest. It didn't stop you the first time.
