Absolutely. It keeps you in tune with your sexuality, but stops you needing to go out and find a release for it elsewhere. It teaches you about your body, so when the time comes to have sex you will know what you like.
Plenty of physical benefits to having regular orgasms too- it's good for the heart, circulation and it gives you a boost of happy hormones.

It would be better to have proper sexual contact with somone else! Not nessasaraly penetrative sex forplay and mutual masturbation. But i have never heard of it being bad for you.
