Yes you can over a period of time. Depends on how much time you spend talking to them or what you talk about. If it is just sex then its a fantasy but if you really communicate with each other long enough then feelings can develop.

it mainly depends on the person ya kno? sum ppl do and sum ppl dont. it could be love and/or lust. but i would really take precaution before i do anything of a real relationship over the internet.
