I'm going there on Saturday and hiking from the Greek Theatre, but I have other things to do that day, so I want to make sure it's not like a two hour hike each way or anything.

They are pretty much in the same area, It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes.

10 to 20 minutes, up hill all the way.
You can catch a tram or bus from the parking lot. EZ.
