ooo i experimented one day with pizza dough to make a giant empanada (basically like a calzone). what i did was take the ground beef and brown it up with some onion and green peppers and seasoning (you could use a taco seasoning packet if you are scared to do it on your own). i threw some leftover corn in and put the beef mixture on the dough and folded it over. use a little bit of water or eggwash to seal the pocket and put some eggwash ontop to make it look pretty when it bakes. stick it in the oven at like 350 for 20-30 min (depending on the size of the pocket). and yummmy!!!!
another thing you could try is making chili with the beef and corn. brown up the beef the same way as before but in a big pot and then add the corn and a can of crushed or diced tomatoes, a can of beans (red kideny or chili beans) and a small can of tomato paste. simmer for a long time (like 30 min) and then top with cheese and eat! mmmm

If you have potatoes you could make a shepherds pie, brown your beef, mix with corn, spices, and either worshestire or steak sauce and you have your filling. Boil your potatoes until soft, make mashed potatoes out of them, but me sure to include parsley. then split the mashed potatoes in half, the first half press down into a pie platemaking sure to cover the sides, then put your meat mixture into the pie plate, then top with the rest of the potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or unitl the top is brown, and enjoy.

If you add potatoes you can make Shephards Pie.
cook beef ( garlic, onions,s&p ) and potatoes then layer in casserole dish with potatoes on top.
bake at 350* for 30-40- mins.
I like to use regular corn and cream style corn together.
I even like to top it with corn flakes or crushed potato chips.
sometimes I just top it with paprika.
