I guess anything is possible, I think your way to young for that, your wrists are probably just tired from working on the computer.

Oh yeah, anyone can get that. No matter what age.
Massage is what's gonna get rid of this, and a short break from the repetitional movement which had caused it.
Try rubbing the spot in the dead center of your palm. Press it hard with your index finger with your thumb on the other side, same spot. That's what I've read to help a little.

Can happen to any age.
What you can do is make your wrists stronger by buying a pair of hand weights. Place your wrists on the kitchen counter, palms up, and rotate the wrists while holding the weights, up and down. SLOWLY! Do Mon-Wed-Fri. If you feel pain, stop, rest, and resume. Give yourself time to make your wrists stronger.
