I'm outraged because I do buy store brand acetaminophen. I just wonder how something so careless could have happened. I would like to hear that these bottles are exchangeable at the store. I haven't. I'd like to know a lot number to look for on my bottles. I'm very disappointed since there have been so many good reviews on generic brand over the counter medicines and now this.

I know that accidents happen, but this is a violation that should have been prevented.

Obviously, if you have one of these 11 million return it.I saw the news report...what else can you do? Hopefully no one will get hurt. I am concerned that it took the manufactured 5 days to recall the medicine after it notified the FDA. Me...I use aspirin.
