Not as good as eating. I know someone who uses them as her main source of food. She is lacking in B12 and Iron. They will maintain your weight of 115 lbs. provided you drink approximately 4 per day. You are not getting any fibre with them either. I would only suggest drinking them if you are unable to eat food in the regular fashion.

Well there's nothing like a well balanced meal, but most meal replacement drinks are for people on the go, not something you should be using every day. A meal replacement drink can't supply you with all the nutrition your body needs, so it should be good for a few meal replacements a week but not on a daily basis.

I wouldn't recommended as a meal replacement but maybe as a snack or in between meals for some source of nutrients because like others say, it does lack some important vitamins/minerals. I love them cuz they taste good so I just use it for a breakfast substitute, or a snack or both! I wouldn't recommend skipping lunch or dinner for it unless you already ate a lot.

Hi I wouldn't recommend any type of shakes for complete meal replacements.
You should watch your diet and stabilize your nutrition.
1st Step is to cleanse your body.
2nd to maintain your diet.
3rd exercise regularly.

They're good if you want to gain weight. If you're looking to have them instead of a meal for weight loss, they have more calories than a happy meal.

My doctor recommends them as a supplement for my son since he is such a picky eater, and we want to make sure he is getting enough supplement.
