What????? Talk about a run-on sentence, geez!
Now your speaking my language..... Anyways, yes. It is normal for you to change your mind about wanting to be with someone. It's especially normal if you find out things you didn't already know initially about this person. Ever heard, "The grass is always greener on the other side." ? Of course you have, it's a popular saying. My point is that sometimes you are attracted to someone when they no longer want you. The reason for that is probably because the ball is no longer in your court. In other words, you like the feeling of being in a position to turn someone down, or accept them. Once they no longer care about you, YOU in-turn actually get a feeling of rejection! Aren't humans strange????? P.S. Why did you feel it was necessary to give me a "thumbs-down" just because I pointed out the fact that your question was a run-on sentence? I wasn't trying to be rude, sorry....

Yes.
Sometimes the guy wants to be the one to do the asking so he will reject the girl's proposal then turn around and ask her out.
Kind of a wierd psycological dominance issue (not me, though).

Other times, feelings do change or develop more.
And, yes, there are decisions that are final where one is not interested or just wants to remain friends.

It depends!

Most people have had remorse towards turning someone down. Sometimes we haven't recognized or seen the qualities that later attract us, or maybe our eyes were drawn towards another. It's life, but we live and learn, and appreciate the qualities that we find to be attractive and healthy in our significant others.
