There is a product in the US called Murphy's oil soap. Its a great way to get it out.

If you dont have something like that you can two other things. The first is ice. It makes it hard and you should be able to peel it out or pull the hair from it. The second is peanutbutter. It will help with keeping it from being sticky and hopefully you can pull it out after working it in a while.

put peanut butter down the part the gum will have to slide off of, ice the gum AND the hair below the gum(this will harden the gum and shrink the diameter of the hair to make it slide easily) then pull it out(gum not hair)

Peanut butter or ice will work. Put either on you hair to help remove the gum.

Just keep washing your hair and try to comb it. If you still can't get it out then comb it again maybe that'll help. Bubble Gum in hair is way better than tape in hair.

Do you mean HAIR? Put an ice cube on it to harden it and break it off. The gum, not the hair.
