Not as far as I know....milk thistle I use for my alcohol problem hehehe no, it's used to cleanse the liver. For acne, I would use Agnus Castus (hormone balancer) and 50mg zinc (if you get angry red lumps on your face).... now I am boooootiful!!!!lol
But try other vitamins as Vit A and starflower oil are also good for the skin.....don't forget to give them at least 3 months before they kick in as with all medication!!!

Im not sure about Milk Thistle & Golden Seal, But i know Tea-Tree is fantastic for acne.

Since Milk Thistle clenses the liver it can help clear up the skin. Many times acne is cause by a poor diet, rich or greesy food, too much food, not enough nutrition and hereditary. If it is your diet, you need to clense your liver where the junk is stored. It is released through the urine, feces, and skin.
I am on milk thistle right now. I have not notice too much of a change for skin (slightly) but it also helps with balancing your blood sugar.

Milk thistle is nothing to do with acne. It may help with liver problems, but not acne.
Golden seal is potentially toxic and again, has nothing to do with acne cure.

Any product with salisyc (sp?) acid helps acne. It's the active ingredient that destroys the bacteria. If it's a serious problem, see a dermatologist who will give you daily antibiotics to clear the problem up.

i have seen people use sand paper and they thought it helped others used mud to open poors? i think steam and hot showers are the best i wouldnt use weeds
