Never,Once a felon, always a felon. You can never hold or possess a gun either. The only way it could be changed is after some years of being out of trouble, you can write the judge, get back into court and plead for a pardon on your felony, to be dropped or changed, It is possible. You'd have to prove yourself, show you've changed and give good reason why you're requesting the change and why you think you deserve it. Hell, anything is possible these days.

a felon is a felon until a person is 99 years old. then the person gets to try again.

Never. Even if the individual has all rights and priviledges reinstated, they are a felon.

Don't split hairs with clemency from officials.

The felons stop when they feel the time is right or they dont at all but somethin usaully kicks in tellin them to stop...........u know when u get those feelins and them sighns.

Never. It follows you the rest of your life. That is why you should not break the law. Of course, it probably wasn't your fault, so it shouldn't count against you.
