shopping centers, particularly the houseware/kitchenware sections of department stores, during the day, Monday through Friday. Women's clothing stores, or the undergarments section, would be too obvious.
Also, during the day Monday through Friday, walking a dog near the playground at a public park is a good place as well. I suggest having a dog, unless of course you can bring kids if you have any, because you won't appear as a potential molestor.
Finally, the trusty local supermarket... when? You guessed it... during the day, Monday through Friday.
Obviously, I intentionally omitted the tons of web sites specifically for MILFs.

The mall, the supermarket, the park, a gym with a creche, sporting clubs, churches with Sunday schools. Also personal columns in newspapers and online.

Did you mean MILK. Well I hear the grocery store. Maybe try the bars they might have M-I-L-F or the park. Depends where you live. Just look anywhere there is lots of M-l-L-F, but it won't be cheap though.
