Is it legal?
Is it legal for autorities to go in house with a warrant if the owners of the house has not seen the actual warrant?

Yes. If it is a warrant that is signed by the judge they can enter. The only stipulations to the search is they have to follow the warrant and only search what is in the warrant. If no one is home they can kick the door down. Some agency's will actually pay for a replacement door. If no one is home they must leave a copy of the warrant in a place that will most defiantly be discovered.

As long as the warrant was issued in the correct jurisdiction the house is in, it is legal. While it is usually preferred the owner/resident is present, it is not necessary.

Don't stand in my way becasue you may get hurt. If I tell you I have a warrant, you should probably believe me. If I don't show it to you AFTER I secure the house, feel free to complain. Just don't try to stop me and make me show it to you when I first come through the door.

yes it is, if an actual warrant exists the owners of house can see it now by going to the district attorney, is home owner and occupant same person?

well if the police have got a warrant,in all honesty dey can enter ur home at any time,iv had it done to me on 3 acassions.

If they have the warrant I don't think it matters who sees it.

If they have probable cause that a crime is currently taking place.

Ie: A burglar is in there, someone is getting their *** kicked, etc.
