I would have said Guinness since it has protein and B vitamins, but since its not domestic, that cannot be an option. Otherwise, choose something very light and with the least calories. Bud light and miller light are good choices. They have around 100 calories each and not nearly the alcohol as other beers (think microbrew). Beer is never really "good" for you, since its almost always empty calories of carbohydrates. What the poster above was mentioning to was the alcohol in moderation may be helpful in living longer.

i might prefer to nicely known the place you're that imported beer would not fee that extremely greater beneficial than the significant different and toddlers stuff. here the imports are approximately two times as costly. asserting that, I in basic terms drink significant different and toddlers beer through fact that is greater fee-effective. Yuengling is a superb significant different and toddlers brew, it has a eu style to it. in my opinion i admire the Dutch beers the suitable yet I additionally like Belgian and German brews too. Budweiser sucks. not plenty distinction between that and water. actually.

Beer may actually be good for you when consumed in very moderate amounts. It has been brewed for just about as long as humans have been cultivating crops and beer is actually made with some very healthy ingredients. Those ingredients are hops, brewer’s yeast, barley and malt.

You probably want to stick to organic beer if you're worried about the health effects. But if it's calories you're watching, here's a list: http://www.united-nations-of-beer.com/beer-calorie-guide.html

I normally find the healthy beer next to the healthy pickled eggs or next to the healthy smoking in moderation section.
