If Jesus really existed and was really resurrected from the dead, where is his physical body now? Is it still floating off into space, or did it go to Heaven? Can physical things like bodies go to Heaven? If not, what happened to it?

According the Nicene Creed, "He is seated at the right hand of the Father". Whether or not that means in His physical body is a matter of theological speculation.

You should do some research into Greek mythology and see Zeus impregnating women on Earth, the flat Planet, and understand that HeyZeus was only another son who was born in the Roman Court and crucified together with another thief under the same name while Christ was set free.

This Resurrection thing is only a sick joke that was passed around by the Sadducees who had dropped the belief in Angels and the Resurrection.

Scripture does not preach a one-man Resurrection and the resurrected does not bear open wounds and eat broiled fish and honey.

Why should you mix the physical with the spiritual if you are not totally confused as you should be when you read braille.

Seated at the right hand of the Father, making intercession for us. The only man in heaven! Meaning with a physical body of course. The body and souls of men and women meet together at the rapture (1Thessalonians 4).

Ok, here's the scoop:
Jesus died on the cross for our sins. He had nails put through His hands, and through the cross, subject to tormentation. He could've gotten off the cross, but He didn't. After He died, His body was put into a tomb, and descended into Hell. Three days later, His body was resurrected, and He ascended into Heaven. Therefore, He is in Heaven (His spirit is). If we are saved, our spirits will go to heaven.

Ephesians 1:20 and Hebrews 8:1 tell us Jesus is seated at the right hand of God the Father in Heaven.

Jesus is still alive today and will return in His physical body.

Peace.

The religious answer is that you'd need to be God to understand this. It is a divine mystery and thus beyond the understanding of mere mortals, so unless God has an account on Y! Answers you are SOL.
The non-religious answer is that the story of Jesus' resurrection is a myth, like the labors of Hercules, and that his body decayed in the ground like every over dead body.
Hope this helps.

Here is what God's Word says...

Matthew 26:64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Mark 14:62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Acts 7:55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up steadfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

The Scriptures tell us that Jesus Christ is in Heaven, seated at the right hand of the Father. He has been there, going about His Father's business, since His ascension, as we know from Peter's words, spoken on Pentecost:

29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. (KJV)==Acts 2:29-36

There is no earthly answer to your question. Rules of science say that matter can be broken down and reassemble at the sub-atomic level to be anything. I like to think that God broke the physical body down and may have disbursed one sub-atomic particle in each new human there by assuring that Jesus lives on in all of humanity.

You know what, I'm a Christian, and I find this question interesting, because your body doesn't go to heaven or hell, your spirit does, so where is his physical body? Good question, left me stumped for sure
