There isn't. Mac OSX is entirely different from Windows and there is no chance the download would work on Windows. Plus those programs are mac exclusives so there's no PC Windows version either.

Unfortunately Mac doesn't create PC-compatible versions of many of their programs, making you buy their computers just so you can run their programs.

But while the same programs may not be available, there are often free or pretty inexpensive PC alternitives. Picasa is the free alternitive to iPhoto for windows. Windows Movie Maker (which comes with new XP computers) is similar to iMovie.

You can find a whole weath of programs by googling what you want the program to do.

These alternative programs ARE different, and at first you might not like them as well as the Mac program, but you will probably find there are some features they have that the Mac program doesn't, or they may be easier to use once you get used to them. I've found this a couple times. They're not too bad.

Apple can make Windows compatible programs, such as iTunes, but doesn't do it often. If you're interested in trying an interesting experiment, and have the right PC, you may be able to install the Mac OS. You could also buy a Mac, many people don't notice that there are very affordable ones, going as low as $600.

If you're feeling bold, and curious about trying it, here's some recommended reading.
