I live in South West Missouri, and would like to make some up for Thanksgiving.

I live in northwest Tn and i have some growing in my garden and i will share with you just call me @731-335-0335,i've got collards,kale,mustard,turnip,and rape greens and i'm looking for some "sweet german greens seed" they are out of this world but i cant find any seeds.. Would you want me to mail you some collards i will if you'll pay postage i'm retired and $ are few.I will box all of them up and send them to you ,just tell me where//

You can get them frozen, and in my opinion, greens like spinach, collards, and such are just as good frozen when you're planning on cooking them down anyway. When you get frozen produce, it has to be picked and processed in its prime because of course, it won't get any better, so sometimes, frozen/canned veggies are better than what you can get fresh depending on the season.

YOU CAN FIND THEM IN MOSTGROCERY STORES THE CLOSER THE HOLIDAY'S. OR IF NOT BUY CAN COLLARDS AND WASH THEM REAL GOOD BEFORE USING.PUT IN A HAM BONE ORUSESEASONED PORK .COOK FOR 2HOURS OR MORE,AND EAT LIKE FRESH GREENS .

If you can't find them easily at your local grocery store, talk to the produce manager and he/she should be able to get some up there in time...

They should be coming into the grocery stores about now, and going on sale too.
