yes he does like you...this happend with me and he comfronted me on it and was like " i really like you and will you go out with me" but for you he might be shy...so if you like him to try to talk to him more and get to know him better so he will ask you out...but then if you dont like him...then just give him "im just the friend vibe" and if he is a shy person just ask him out...guys really do love it when girls make the first move...

obviously he likes U girl. He seems like a shy guy so maybe U should make the first move & see what happens. Some fuys are like girls, too shy or hard headed to make a move first.
