I say no. The child would hopefully be in loving care, so no matter what the race, at least he/she has a loving parent(s) instead of none.

Obviously this is only my opinion. But it seems like it has slowly become acceptable to the have families with mixed ethnicity's. Although people are used to what they have seen. And personally I have never ever seen an Asian parent with a Caucasian child. But I know many Caucasians who have adopted Asians as well as every other ethnicity (including my own dad and step-mom who are Caucasian and have adopted a Korean and Eskimo). So I think if it became more common and was seen a lot, that Asians could adopt Caucasians and not have it seem odd.

Nope, I don't think it in the slightest bit odd. Every child deserves to have a loving family and in the case of adoption, race should not be an issue. If I was in the position to be adopting I would take the first available baby no matter what race or color it was. I would just be happy and thankful there was a baby for me.

Odd - NO. A child is a child -- everyone needs to be loved.

No! A child looks at his/her mother as their parent not because of what color, race, or religion one is, they will love you anyway.
