It depends on your job possibilities and your education, unless you have very close relative in the US. The easiest way is to have a company sponsor you on a job that they cannot fill with an American, especially if they will do the legal legwork.

There is no doubt that marriage is the quickest and easiest way to get into the USA (did it that way myself). The snag is that you do actually have to fall in love with an American citizen or legal permanent resident of the opposite sex!
Sadly, it is true that work visas are becoming harder to obtain. If you cannot meet the marriage visa requirements, you are going to find it very difficult.

Don't do it. You will clog up your arteries with the lard of burgers and you wont be ably to pay for medical. Medical is big business over there that's why they are in league with the burger kings so you go from one to the other and the Federal reserve is laughing.
