It's called turn off the TV and Computer. and go for a walk or do some form of physical activity. That's what we use to do before computers,ride bikes, play baseball etc

weigh yourself, 2marro.
then try this time diet without changing your diet.
weigh yourself in 20 days with your new timed diet.
the results should be obvious.
