because if others see you break down, you'll worry them, but at the same time it's impossible to put on a smile?

I don't have this problem right now, but i have in the past and I'm wondering if anyone else has. What do you do?

I'm in group therapy and it has helped me to learn that I need to be honest with my feelings. Don't stifle them in and ignore them. It is hard for me, to put a name on my feelings and emotions. Then I'd have to dig deep inside to find out what the real issues are.

i do alot of the time.
I honestly just paint a smile on my face and hope for the best, but find myself wanting to be alone alot so I don't have to pretend. I cry whenever I can to relieve myself

I think I know what you mean. It may be down to feeling a bit guilty, which is a big obstacle to getting help. Once you realise it's nothing to feel guilty about, it's much easier to 'let go'.

I do that all the time. You can't always let everyone else know what you're thinking and feeling.
