Are you serious? There is no way to know if "she is the one" if you've only talked to her "now and then" and she is "nice and pretty" and you've been friends for about a "week or two". You need to give this relationship time to develop before you start settling down with her.

Don't jump the gun. Why are you so eager to find THE ONE anyway - ready to get married and have kids? I doubt you are.
Just have fun and don't think so much. Also, you'll scare a woman off if you push too hard for a relationship!

well the real question is HOW well do you know her? this isn't a very long time to be friends with somebody. i say try asking her out on a date and see if she handles the date well. you never know, she could really be THE ONE
