my truck has no brakelights and one taillight (left) and the blinkers don't work (left lights but doesn't blink right nothing). i don't know where to start. the wires under the truck look intact and don't have power at the socket. ????????

Other than your truck is old enough to buy booze. The service manual you will need was only available on paper. After 10 or twelve years even we mechanics at the dealerships don't see 720 series Hard body trucks any more. First thing I do is operate the four way flasher button do all the blinkers work now? Narrows it to brake light switch and turn signal combo switch Check all the fuses and fuse links at the positive battery terminal two pinks and one green I think. Next get rid of any added wires around the trailer hitch area. Good luck finding obsolete parts for old trucks. But while your at the dealership drive a new base model Frontier 4 cyl pick up 170 hp. Or Titan over 325 horsepower!

Autoparts store. Pick up the Chiltions, Haynes, or Mitchelle Repair guide for that truck. Should have all the information you will need to trace the wires back to the box. Cost is around $25.00
