I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat
our Cell phones?

What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?

What if we turned back to go get it if we for got it?

What if we flipped through it several times a day?

What if we used it to receive messages from the text?

What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?

What if we gave it to kids as gifts?

Wow! This is really something to think about.

What if we used it as we traveled?

What if we used it in case of an emergency?

What if we upgraded it to get the latest version?

This is something to make you go...hmmm...where is my Bible?

Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phone, we don't ever have to
Worry About our bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid
the bill!

Good Idea! then everyone would take the bible for granted too--and it would become just another piece of junk in our already overcluttered lives--perfect!

Oh my ... someone is having a heart attack. Quick open your Bible to page 9-1-1.

You can download an electric version of the Bible to your cell phone.

I don't see anything wrong with carrying a Bible, but I don't need to refer to it to know how to act like a decent person.

Me and my bible is like a spend a holic with a 'master Card" I dont' leave home with out it. Praise the Lord!! You never know when God will lead someone to you that is in need of spiritual support and answers that can only come from the KJV bible.

Hmm -- you're on to something there.
I mean, the bible *is* like a cell phone -- like last year's cell phone models, it was obsolete a long time ago! Only there's never a new, updated version that adds new features and fixes bugs...

:)

Instead of treating it like a cell phone why not use it the way God intended it to be used. Read it Meditate on it and Apply in your life.

I treat my cell phone as a bit of a hassle (people can call me whenever they want to) and usually leave it behind. I drop it and throw it around all the time.

Yes thank you very much for that.
I have several versions of the bible within reach. My favorite is still the KJV.

Yeah, you're right. Too many people worship those things more than they do God. They have found a new religion, and Cingular is their savior.
