Weight Watchers, because it's easy, you can do it forever and basically just change your eating lifestyle instead of doing a drastic diet that you can't stay on, give up and gain even more weight back.

Sweety you are not getting big because of the marriage, the weight you may have gained is caused from feeling more comfortable with your surruodings, but since you feel as though you would like to loose the weight a good suggestion is dancing everyday to a latino beat, they do ALOT of advertising on a latino dancing video that says you can loose weight and stuff, however i do know for a fact that dancing is an awesome way to loose pounds easy not only that but be careful on certain foods you eat and its not just exercising that helps its also drinking a lot of water and eating healthy from what i heard the video only cost 14.95 plus the shipping and handeling and the number is 1800 709 2694 but if you dont want to buy something which is understandable just turn the radio on find a nice beat to something and dance to it. Hope this helps you

I joined Curves on Sept 18th, although I've only lost 7 lbs I've lost 3 inches in my waist, 3 inches in the belly area and 3 inches in my hips. I gained 1/2 inch in both my thighs and calves (the owner said it was muscle--not fat). My clothes are too big on me. My goal was to get to 130 lbs from 150 lbs by Christmas for a formal party we attend each year. I may not make the 15 lbs but I'm on my way to fitting into a much smaller dress than last year. Good luck to you!

Smaller serving sizes. You don't have to eat the same amount your husband eats. When you dish out foods, be careful how much goes onto your plate.
Cut out TV snaks. If you have them, or if your husband snaks, that does not mean you have to. Be strong and have self control.
Being married doesn,t mean you have to consume more food.
Excercise will also benefit you greatly.

Diet fads only work short term and are hard to keep up for life.
The only true diet is a healthy diet with exercise like cardio.
